Planning Developements in Green Lane

Permission to use the upper floors of the old Edginton’s building in Green Lane for church services was recently refused because of the disturbance caused to neighbours. The New Congregation of Cherubim church has now lodged an appeal against the council’s decision and neighbours have the opportunity to send their views to the Planning Inspectors.  The ground floor of the shop is being considered for a gym. Some of the concerns over the church may apply to a proposal for a gym at this site. This is also the building that Bromley considered for a new Penge Library. There is also a planning application to convert the TLC electrical wholesalers into flats. If you have concerns about any of these applications do contact us.
