Yeoman House Planning Consent

Planning consent was given on Thursday evening for the change of use of the fourth floor of this building in Croydon Rd, Penge into an office/occupational health centre.  The facility will be used by the Community Learning Disability Team who are currently located at the Bassetts Resource Centre in Farnbrough.  Part of the 6th to 9th floors have recently been converted  into the Trelavelodge hotel.

Is the occupational health centre to be used by people needing help? Or is it just offices? For if it is people requiring assistance what facilities are there for getting potentially disabled people to the 4th floor? Are there extra wide doorways for wheelchair access? Thank you. Rosemary Cantwell.
