Capel Manor given planning consent at Crystal Palace Park

Capel Manor, a horticultural training provider who have been working at Crystal Palace Park recently received planning consent for three minor schemes.  They include a polytunnel measuring 8 metres x 5.5 metres, use of an unused grass area for cultivation of plants to include the growing of vegetables and the use of a vacant single storey building, storage container and adjacent hardstanding (previously used for motorcycle training) for arboricultural and horticultural short courses.  The latter will be used for practising, starting and testing chainsaws, generally after servicing/maintenace of them.
