Bob Neil MP has graciously accepted his return to the backbenches and said that he will now be“devoting all (his) energies to standing up for the interests of the people of Bromley and Chislehurst.”    Perhaps he would like to explain how his government’s latest ridiculous announcement of allowing a householder to build an 8 metre deep rear extension, ruining the open aspect of a neighbour’s garden, without needing planning permission, can possibly be in the interests of the people he represents.
