Alexandra Pub Planning Application

A planning application has been submitted for the Alexandra Pub in Parish Lane. It is for a change of use from a pub to a pub/restaurant with hostel accommodation to provide 11 bedrooms wtih shared kitchens and 5 one bedroom suites.     Please can you provide an update on the status of this application? I haven’t been able to find it on the Bromley website. Fingers crossed!

  4. The application has been refused. It is still on the council web site. If you go to LBB planning applications, the reference number you want is 13/04084. Under documents look for the delegation report and the decision letter. These lay out quite clearly the grounds on which the application was refused, This can also be seen to give clear guidance on what the council deems would be acceptable here,
