New Housing Development Rejected Behind 213/215 Kings Hall Rd

Planning permission was refused last Thursday for a new development to the rear of 213/215 Kings Hall Rd, Beckenham with access from Kings Hall Rd.  Councillor Kevin Brooks supported residents concerns from both Kings Hall Rd and Lennard Rd at a meeting of Plans 1 sub committee in his speech. The proposed development of 6 dwellings comprising 3 pairs of semi detached houses was rejected due to overdevelopment and not according with the spatial standards prevailing in the locality.
