County House Planning Application Overturned On Appeal

The planning application at County House, 221 to 224 Beckenham Rd by the junction with Mackenzie Rd by the railway bridge has recently been overturned at appeal after being refused by Bromley Council in March. The application by Perfect Estates Ltd will see the first floor and above be converted to ten two bedroom and sixty five one bedroom flats. There will be 76 parking spaces on this former office accommodation site with continued access from Mackenzie Rd.

    Yes, somewhat mangled English – it was the refusal by councillors that was overturned.
