The Alexandra, 163 Parish Lane, Penge

The Alexandra Public House planning application was given Permission at last night’s planning committee
paving the way for the Public House to open again. The application includes 12 housing units above the public house. The parking issues have been reviewed for a second time, as not all residents were happy with the addition of 12 units without adequate parking spaces. However, officers have deemed the proposal acceptable.
We look forward to welcoming our new public house – hopefully Late Knights Brewery.

Great news to see a pub at the heart of the local community given a chance to reopen
