Fennies Application in Kings Hall Rd Refused At Appeal

The planning application at Fennies Day Nursery in Kings Hall Rd has been refused by a planning inspector after being taken to appeal by the applicant. The scheme was refused at committee by Bromley Council last November on the grounds of intensification of the use of the site and the Inspector has supported the council decision. The proposal was to increase the number of children attending from 36 to 58.
