Volunteers Required – Community Road Watch

At our recent Safer Neighbourhood Ward Panel Meeting, PCSO Julie Pope outlined the Community Road Watch project which is a police operation scheduled to start on 19 or 21 August 2015 with the aim of reducing anti-social behaviour by motorists in Penge.  The operation covers, driving without seatbelts, speeding and loud music etc. and our local police are looking for local residents to volunteer to use the speed guns which are on order.  Volunteers would not cover their own roads for various reasons.
