Housing On Footzie Social Club Site Rejected

A planning application for 296 residential units on site of the Footzie Social Club in Station Approach, Lower Sydenham was recently rejected at a meeting of the Development Control Committee. The application comprised of 148 1 bed, 135 x 2 bed and 13 3 bed units with 222 car parking spaces and 488 cycle spaces.
