Citizens Advice – Penge – Residents leaving it too late to ask for advice.

At the CAB AGM this week we learned that there has been an increase in demand for services from our residents who find themselves unable to cope with demands placed on them.  Unfortunately, many are not asking for help early enough – One red letter or a missed rent payment is the time to ask for advice and never ignore final warnings. If our residents are late in seeking advice it reduces the help they receive.

During the festive season the CAB offices will be closed. Their last session will run on Wednesday 23rd December 2015.

Please be advised that the service is provided by trained volunteers, operates on a “first come first served” basis and is subject to volunteer availability. We advise that you arrive early in order that you can be seen: Anerley Road, Anerley, SE20 8BD. Telephone :020 8315 1940 http://www.bromleycab.org.uk/
