Planning Application – Penge Food Store

Penge Food Store have put in a Planning Application 15/01730/FULL1 | for the Redevelopment of their site.  This comprises the erection of a 3 storey rear extension together with a third storey roof extension to facilitate conversion of the existing mixed use retail and office building into a mixed use retail and residential building.  This would comprise a ground floor retail and 18 residential units on the upper floors (15 x 1 bed and 3 x 2 bed) (197-201 High Street, Penge) (Amended Description) | 197 – 199 High Street Penge London SE20 7PF.

We have asked that this comes to committee so that we can put residents’ views to the planning committee.

    Where on earth will they park? Already a nightmare locally. Unless council put in conditions, as I believe some North London councils have done, that they can’t have cars? But presumably this is only possible with borough-wide residential parking permits.
