252 New Housing Units in Anerley

Planning permission was granted on Tuesday night at a meeting of the Development Control Committee for 252 flats at the former youth offending centre at Orchard Lodge in William Booth Rd. 72 of the units will be affordable. 84 will be 1 bed, 120 x 2 bed and 48 x 3 bed.
