  1. So, this looks like a redevelopment of the unused front end of Royston Halls. No problem: as long as there is still access to the Royston Halls car park. There is a bigger issue though that has become prominent recently with other developments: ie residents of the new properties, complaining after the event about noise/music/people and cars leaving en masse late at night. Also imposed restrictions on activities to a late hour. Ensure before anything starts that all leases and deeds to the new properties comprehensively cover these issues and legally preclude any shenanigans by new residents.
