These hours seem far too long to me; surely there are residential properties virtually next door – Midnight should be the very latest cutoff for the weekends, and 11pm during the week.
And why on earth does it need to open at 8am?

Yes Hazel we agree, they can’t get customers out quick enough usually.
Bell goes at 11pm and staff remind customers you have 29 minutes drinking up time, then count down every 5 mins or so.
This application could be because other public house are open to 1pm on Saturdays and we have the new restaurant type drinking establishment opening next year.
