Fennies Planning Application Rejected

A proposal to allow an increase in numbers from 58 to 72 at Fennies Day Nursery in Kings Hall Rd, Beckenham was rejected at a meeting of Plans 1 committee tonight by 6 votes to 2 after Peter Fookes spoke against the proposal.  He said that Fennies was well regarded in the area but that this application which also included opening at 7-00am instead of 7-30am was unacceptable in a predominantly residential area.
