A planning application has been received by Bromley Council for 151 housing units on the site of the former Footzie Social Club by Lower Sydenham Station. The accommodation would comprise of 63 X 1 beds, 80 X 2 beds and 8 X 3 beds and would be up to 8 storeys high. A previous scheme for 229 units was refused last year.
